Traffic Light – Washington & Western?

Until it is addressed by the town or the state or whoever is responsible, I will make this my new campain (mispelling intentional!)!

Who the hell ever set the timing on this light.  I’ve always seen lights change red one direction, have a three (3) second delay, and then turn green the cross-direction.

Not at Washington & Western.  Every morning I sit on Washington, going toward town and see my light turn green as the car(s) from Western continue across in front of me.  Some of this is the other driver pushing the full extent of the yellow, but I’ve watched both lights and the they change green and red simultaneously.

This is a recipe for disaster!  Who is responsible.  It can’t take that much to adjust the timing.  Could it?
